1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Simonton Parking website and purchasing a parking permit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Provider

Simonton Parking is operated by Rooster Rental LLC, 209 Ann Street, Key West, FL 33040, USA. FEIN/EIN: 81-3975479.

3. Service Description

Simonton Parking provides a web-based platform for purchasing digital parking permits for designated parking areas in Key West, Florida.

4. Parking Permit

Permits become valid immediately after successful payment unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct parking product and entering the correct vehicle registration number.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. A receipt or invoice is issued electronically after a successful purchase.

6. SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages, including purchase confirmation and, where applicable, one reminder before expiration. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. Incorrect vehicle registration numbers entered by the customer do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and comply with all posted parking regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rooster Rental LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including parking fines or towing. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant parking permit.

10. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance or technical interruptions may occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
